Trinity High School Graduation Picture 1982
We had some good times growing up, normal kid stuff at the time, looking back it seems even better.
The Geauga Lake Story… This was a wonderful amusement park not far from where I grew up, it was in Auroroa, Ohio. On the other side of Geauga Lake was Sea World, eventually Six Flags bought both of them and were running them for a while, but unfortunately it all closed down one day.
I didn’t start to drift real bad until I was 19 years old, about a year out of high school, this might have been around 1984. I’m the one in the back with the glasses and blue hat on, my brother Mark is on the left looking at me, I think this was his bachelor party. The one up front is Harry and Kevin is on the far right… Harry and Kevin were my best friends growing up (I don’t know who is in the back middle, I think a co-worker of my brother.)
I think this was the same day as my brother’s bachelor party. Chris is on the left, he is the one from my elementary school picture/the one who would slide on the asphalt while playing softball at recess; John is in the middle, he was the older brother of Harry, my best friend, John actually built a Knight Rider car from the TV show… and it was almost identical to the real one. He sent off to California for most of the electronics, I think it took him almost a year to build, I think he was even in the local parades with it. Jim Hanna is on the right, he was my cousin, the one who had the limousine business, I was living with him at the time I was arrested in the Indy 500 story.
