About

I am William Joseph Vana, I live in Fort Mill SC.  I came to the Carolina’s in August of 2006, I guess I could have just said my name was Billy Joe!  I was Bill Vana for 40 years and I knew it was time for a change, and boy what a change it was going to be… a whole lot more than just a name.

This website is an extension of my life… my whole life, from May 18th 1964 until today and it will continue tomorrow as well.

It was literally birthed in the final months of 2013 and into the beginning of 2014.  I was 49 years old when it started and it came to me about 10 or 15 times over a 3 month period.  I kept getting the strongest impressions over and over and over… YOU WILL BE PREGNANT AT 49 YEARS OLD!  It would come at the oddest times with no rhyme or reason, always the same thought, you will be pregnant at 49 years old.

By May of 2014 and my 50th birthday arriving, I did not have a boy or a girl, but I did have many different thoughts about having a literal baby birth… I’ll elaborate more on that later.  I also thought I might become a foster parent, and I truly love the idea even today.  But the birth was going to be me dedicating my life to being a spiritual father to my own 2 boys as well as other men and women, young and old.
1 Corinthians 4:15  For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers.

By the end of 2014, in a moment of intimacy with my Dad, He asked about the old phrase from the 1990’s that asked the question, “WWJD…what would Jesus do?”  I said, “Of course I remember it”, and He said, “I want you to give them the answer”.  Now I have learned over the last few years to stop and think before I speak and I especially learned to do that even more keenly when I’m speaking with Abba Papa.  So, I thought about it for a moment and I remembered the life of Jesus, and I said to Dad, “Do what dad does… DWDD”, and He said, “Yes son, that’s the answer!”

This is the beginning of what I hope to be a very exciting 2nd half of life for me… my goal is to live to be 100 years old, so we’ll have to see how the rest of the journey goes.

I will keep it real… make it fun… tell a lot of stories… cry along the way, I love a good cry, most of them will be good ones, some are going to hurt a little bit, but they always end on a good note.

I am not a teacher or a preacher, I’d say I lean towards evangelist and pastor more than anything.  I love people, I really love all people… I tell my friends all the time, “Why can’t I just make a living at loving people?”  I mean I still have to put some food on the table and keep the lights on.

I hope you’ll consider coming along for the ride… or at least part of it, you would make it a lot more fun!!

SPECIAL RECOGNITION

I want to acknowledge someone very special to me, he was monumental in my revelations and understanding of the Fathers Love; Jack Frost of Shiloh Place Ministries.  You will hear more about him in some of my stories of when I met my heavenly Father for the first time.  Jack was a commercial fisherman off the east coast for many years, he shares riveting sea stories as well as his own personal encounters with God the Father, all of which catapulted me into intimacy and growth in my own personal life more than any other person or material.  He was by far the greatest influence in my life since 2011 and I highly recommend you consider his material on the Fathers love through Shiloh Place Ministries of Conway SC.
